1 - Fill Out Application Form
The first step is to submit an application. Due to the high volume of emails we receive, we are not able to contact you if we do not receive an application. The information you give us on your application will help us match you with a litter or puppy who is a good fit with your family and lifestyle.
We will contact you via email within 5 days to ask for any clarifications and to answer any questions you may have.
We do not keep a waiting list. If we do not have availability at the time you submit your application, keep checking our website and social media for announcements. Things are always changing and should a puppy become available he will be offered first to those families who have already submitted an application and in the order the application was received.
2 - Reservation Fee
Once your application has been approved, you will pay a reservation fee and we will add your name to our reservation list.
Your name will not be added to the list without a fee payment.
Our puppies go home on a spay/neuter contract. Please read the contract here.
This reservation fee is non-refundable.
We reserve the right to keep puppies from any litter for our program.
We reserve the right to refuse to sell a puppy to anyone and for any reason. In this case, your reservation fee will be returned.
3 - Birth Announcement
Once a litter is born, we will contact families to share the good news.
When the puppies are 3 weeks old, we will post pictures online as often as we can and we will send you weekly updates so that you can follow the litter's development. These weekly emails will have information about how to get ready to bring your puppy home, nutrition, training, and socialization.
4 - Visitation
Between weeks 6 and 7, your family will come to visit the puppies and we will meet in person. This is an important part of the process and the whole family should come. Balance payment must be done at this time.
Between weeks 7 and 8, puppies will go to the vet for a thorough health exam and will have a temperament test administered by a professional trainer.
5 - Matching Puppies & Families
Once we have the results of the health exam and temperament test, we will match puppies and families and will contact you to let you know who is your new family member. You can read about the matching process here.
Puppies go home between weeks 8 and 9.
